Founder & Managing Attorney
Brent is the founder and managing attorney at Demmitt Law Group, where he provides individualized representation in General Civil Litigation,Family Law & Divorce, and Outdoor Recreation Industry issues. Brent’s approach to his personal life extends to his philosophy toward legal representation. He leverages his broad-based life experiences, his history of showing up and being active in the community, and his relatable personality to create a solution-oriented roadmap to each unique issue. As an experienced litigator, Brent has a track record of successful representation for a diverse array of clients.
Brent and his lovely attorney wife Susan stay busy enjoying their three adult sons, live music, and skiing & mountain biking. Outside of those activities, Brent’s favorite activity is being on Steamboat’s ski patrol.
Brent volunteers as the vice-president of Routt County Riders, served two terms as a commissioner for the Steamboat Springs Park & Recreation Commission, and is the past president of the Northwest Colorado Bar Association.
